Desires by Mikolay, the smart and trendy full service jeweler in Chappaqua on King St is hosting "Baubles & Bellini's" today from 1-5...hats off to Tara & Scott Mikolay who continue to support a variety of local charities and non-profits throughout the year. From 3-4 PM state senator Pete Harkham is hosting "Coffee and Conversation" at New Castle Town Hall. Still need more gifts for your holiday list? Quick recap on the Chappaqua single family real estate market: currently there are 69 homes on the market, from $325,000 to $4,999,000...now I'd say thats cabins to castles! So far this year, 176 homes have sold...compared to 183 for 2018...perhaps a few more closings before we ring the New Year's bell? Check back here for an update. Market is holding steady, median sale price is currently $897,000 compared with $900,000 for 2018.
